As I’m sure you are aware the whole act of purchasing insurance cover is normally slightly more stressful than being stabbed. However, James made the experience a delightfully easy purchase. From his politeness to his professional approach, he made sure we were kept informed throughout the entire process and I can’t commend him enough.
I was also pleasantly surprised when the policy documents arrived in the post. The lovely gloss folder is a fantastic idea! If only the likes of Admiral etc. went to the same effort.
In summary, before I phoned Well Dunn, I would have wished a plague of locusts on anyone involved in insurance due to the pain it’s caused me in the past. However, since I’ve contacted your company I’ve realised that it is possible to make purchasing cover a pleasant experience, so much so that I will no doubt be ringing James again for a quote on my personal vehicle.
