Commercial Insurance Specialist

Do you work in sales and fancy a move into insurance? Are you a commercial insurance specialist? Are you a commercial account handler or account executive looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for the following skills:

  1. Customer service and/or sales experience and competency in a phone based role.
  2. Someone capable of managing the client relationship from cradle to grave including ownership of the sales process.
  3. Proven track record of target achievement.

You will be joining a small but growing team in an exciting time for the business.

Experience in commercial risks such as Property, Liability and Motor trade is not necessary but definitely preferable.

You must also be able to demonstrate excellent levels of IT competency, a good sound knowledge of the industry and new advancements and products to the market as well as a good vision for the future of the business.

Business Vehicle Insurance Specialist

Insurance Administration

We are looking for two administrators for our growing teams.

This role would be perfect for school and college leavers, looking for their first step on the career ladder.

You must be competent in the following areas:

  1. Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
  2. Have experience with phone based customer service
  3. Administration skills
  4. Preferably Open GI experience but not essential.

Every day will have its own challenges however day to day tasks will include:

  • Dealing with customers requiring mid-term adjustments to their policies
  • Helping customers with queries find a solution
  • Processing ‘no claims bonuses’ and various other documents
  • Handling incoming calls and directing to relevant member of staff
  • Helping staff in other areas with basic administrative tasks such as creation of reports.
